Edmonton Oilers acquire defenceman Marc Fistric

When the schedule reads 48 games in 98 days, depth is everything. So the Edmonton Oilers make a pre-emptive strike in that department Monday, acquiring defenceman Mark Fistric from the Dallas Stars.
